William Shilling grew up in Cotulla, Texas, and later came to San Antonio, where he met his wife, Debbie. They have now been married for 39 years.

Before becoming a plumber, Will worked with his father in road maintenance for the State of Texas. In 1987, he relocated to San Antonio and made the decision to enter the plumbing trade — a decision that would shape the rest of his working life.

Ironically, Will later learned that both of the men he was named after were plumbers. What started as a career choice became something that felt even more connected to family, work ethic, and the trade itself.

Today, Will brings 35 years of licensed plumbing experience in the San Antonio area, including 33 years as a licensed Master Plumber and Responsible Master Plumber. Will’s Plumbing & Testing Service has served San Antonio since 1999 as a Texas family-owned business built around licensed oversight, practical recommendations, and doing the work the right way.
