Plumbing repair needs vary by system type, age, access conditions, parts availability, code requirements, and job scope.

We evaluate the issue and confirm whether repair is practical before recommending the next step. We do not claim that every plumbing problem can be fixed immediately.

Repair vs. Replacement

Some plumbing problems can be repaired, while others require replacement when parts are unavailable, the fixture or pipe is worn out, the repair would not be reliable, or safety and code concerns are present. We evaluate the condition, cause of the problem, access, and your needs before recommending repair or replacement.

An older fixture, pipe, valve, or plumbing component does not automatically require replacement. The right recommendation depends on condition, leak source, parts availability, repair practicality, safety concerns, and your preference.

Fixture and Valve Repairs

Repairs often include faucets, toilets, sinks, lavatories, showers, tubs, garbage disposals, hose bibbs, shutoff valves, supply lines, and related connections. We evaluate the fixture and the related plumbing before recommending repair or replacement.

Not every fixture problem has a simple repair. Some issues involve worn parts, damaged connections, corrosion, improper installation, or related plumbing problems that need to be addressed.

Leak-Related Repairs

Leak repairs may involve visible leaks, fixture leaks, pipe leaks, shutoff valve leaks, water heater connections, outdoor plumbing, or suspected hidden leaks. We evaluate the leak source, access, severity, and related plumbing conditions before recommending repair.

Leak symptoms do not always identify the exact source. Some leaks require leak detection, and some involve a slab leak.

Drain and Sewer-Related Repairs

Repair calls may involve drain stoppages, recurring clogs, sewer backups, slow drains, damaged drain piping, cleanout issues, or main line concerns.

We evaluate the symptoms and recommend drain cleaning, hydro jetting, camera inspection, sewer repair, or related plumbing repairs when appropriate.

Water Heater and Tankless-Related Repairs

Some repair calls involve water heaters, tankless water heaters, hot-water problems, leaking connections, shutoff valves, pans, discharge piping, or equipment-related concerns.

We evaluate water heater and tankless issues and recommend repair, maintenance, or replacement when appropriate.

Gas Line-Related Repairs

Some repair work involves gas line concerns, appliance connections, testing, repairs, or safety issues. Gas line work is handled by properly licensed professionals and may involve code, access, inspection, and utility requirements.

Gas line work is never promised or performed without proper evaluation.

How We Handle Plumbing Repairs

We start by evaluating the plumbing problem, the affected fixture or system, access conditions, safety concerns, and your needs. We explain what we find, discuss practical repair or replacement options, and perform approved work within the appropriate scope.

When needed, we recommend related services such as drain cleaning, hydro jetting, water heater service, leak detection, sewer line repair, gas line service, or plumbing testing.

Before We Arrive

If a plumbing problem is active, limit use of the affected fixtures when possible and keep children, pets, employees, customers, or household members away from unsafe areas. If sewage is present, avoid contact and restrict access to the affected area.

If water is leaking, shut off the affected fixture or water supply if you know where the valve is and it is safe to do so. Gather any available information about the problem, access points, shutoff locations, prior repairs, and photos before the technician arrives.

Faucet Repair

Dripping, leaking, stiff, noisy, or low-flow faucets waste water and point to worn parts, damaged cartridges, loose connections, or pressure-related issues. You usually notice it at a sink, tub, shower, hose bibb, or utility fixture when the faucet will not shut off cleanly or starts leaking around the handle or base.

We diagnose the source before recommending a repair. Depending on the fixture, that may mean replacing washers, cartridges, stems, supply lines, stops, aerators, or the faucet assembly when repair is no longer practical.

Faucet Installation

A faucet installation may be needed when a fixture is outdated, leaking beyond repair, corroded, difficult to operate, or being upgraded during a sink, kitchen, bath, or utility-room improvement. Proper installation matters because poor connections create hidden leaks below the sink or behind finished surfaces.

We remove the old fixture, inspect the connections, install the replacement correctly, test for leaks, and confirm proper operation before we leave.

Toilet Repair

A toilet that runs, rocks, clogs repeatedly, leaks at the base, flushes weakly, or makes unusual sounds may have a tank-part issue, a wax seal problem, a flange issue, a stoppage, or a water supply problem. Small toilet issues waste water and damage flooring if ignored.

We determine whether the issue is isolated to the toilet, the fixture connection, or the drain line. Repairs may include replacing tank parts, resetting the toilet, repairing connections, or recommending replacement when the fixture is cracked, unstable, or inefficient.

Toilet Installation

Toilet installation may be needed when a toilet is cracked, outdated, inefficient, loose, leaking, or being replaced during a bathroom update. A proper installation protects the floor, the flange, the water supply, and the finished surface around the fixture.

We remove the old toilet, inspect the flange and connection, set the new fixture properly, secure it, connect the supply, test flush performance, and check for leaks.

Shower Repair

Shower problems include dripping valves, poor temperature control, weak flow, leaking trim, damaged cartridges, or signs of water escaping behind the wall. Some shower issues are fixture-related; others require leak investigation.

We identify whether the repair is at the shower valve, trim, supply piping, drain, or a related leak condition — then handle cartridge replacement, valve repair, or fixture correction, or recommend further leak detection when the signs point that way.

Work is performed by or under the supervision of a Responsible Master Plumber licensed by the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners (TSBPE), in accordance with applicable state and local plumbing codes.
