Will’s Plumbing & Testing Service wants this website to be usable by everyone, including people who use assistive technology.
35 years of licensed plumbing experience in the San Antonio area — 33 of them as a licensed Master Plumber and Responsible Master Plumber (RMP).
Our Commitment
We are working to make this website accessible and usable for people of all abilities, and we take that seriously — a plumbing emergency is not the moment to be defeated by a website.
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA as a working standard.
What We Have Done
- An accessibility toolbar is available on every page, allowing adjustments to contrast, text size, spacing, and other display settings.
- Descriptive alt text on meaningful images.
- Semantic headings and clear page structure so screen readers can navigate.
- Keyboard-navigable menus, links, and forms.
- Click-to-call phone links so calling never depends on reading a number aloud.
- Colour contrast reviewed for readability.
Known Limitations
Some third-party content — such as the online scheduler and embedded review widgets — is provided by outside vendors and is not fully under our control. We are working with those vendors as they improve.
