Meet our fearless leader, Will Shilling! Will is the sole owner, founder, and Responsible Master Plumber (RMP) behind our little slice of plumbing heaven. His plumbing journey began back in the 1980s, and after helping build three successful companies, he decided to strike out on his own. In 1999, Will officially opened Will's Plumbing & Testing Service, turning his vision into reality.

Will has built his company from the ground up and has never partnered out or outsourced—because keeping things local and personal truly matters. With Sam and Marc by his side, the team brings over 70 years of combined plumbing experience to every job, making sure homes and businesses receive the highest quality plumbing service possible.

One of Will’s greatest passions is changing the way people view plumbers. He has made it his mission to educate the public on the importance of licensing and proper training in the plumbing industry. His dedication and leadership remain strong today—you’ll still find him at the shop, assisting with day-to-day operations and even answering the phone himself.
