I have been a very satisfied customer of Will's Plumbing since 2012 when your company helped us get a tankless water heater replaced- FOR FREE. (We had just purchased the home that year and my plumber for almost 20 years at that time did not work with tankless heaters.)

And then in the great freeze of 2021, we had NO water (while all our neighbors had theirs). I was scheduled for a "soon as possible" appointment, but when I heard about customers with water pouring from their walls, I offered to be put on a later schedule. It turned out the problem was with a frozen water softener on the NORTH side of our home and was easily fixed with no leaks inside our home. But I was so grateful for the kindness shown by your staff again.

This week, I learned my electrician - who had been my "go to guy" since 2011 - is retiring. I called your office, explained my situation to Callie, and she spoke with Sam. (I believe you know her?) She gave me (because I had mistakenly asked for) the name of Zimmerman (who, as you know, is HVAC). I called back; everyone could not have been nicer. I was given the name of Richard Morin and have our first service call with him today. He seems as nice as you guys do!! If all goes well (and I expect it will), he will be my new permanent electrician. And I have Zimmerman in my phone as well because my prior HVAC man of now 30 years is also retired!

I feel absolutely lucky to have people in my life I can trust and depend on. And Callie was so sweet!

I wish y'all all continued success and will continue spreading the news about Will's Plumbing. I always tell people: "DO NOT call Will Fix It; CALL WILL'S PLUMBING." And I always give them the number so there is NO mistake. "Will" MIGHT Fix It," but Will's Plumbing WILL ABSOLUTELY REPAIR IT and for a fair price!"

We loved, loved, loved Mr. Morin. Turns out, we both grew up in Corpus Christi and he went to school with brothers of my best friend here. Already gave out two of his cards! I referred both Cathy Garrison and Beverly Alcott to your company, and they are SO happy with the service and will be longterm customers. Now I will share Mr. Morin's info with them (and others outside of Oakwell Farms) as well. Small, small world.

Thank you again. Nice to know honest folks still exist!
